One more sleep!

... and we're off!!! (if I ever get to bed, that is...)

Here are our donation suitcases.

We also have five and a half suitcases with our own stuff - one and a half large two small, and two backpacks. (The other half of the large is also filled with more donatins that came in after these bags were packed.)

Our small bags and backpacks will be carry on. Sure glad we won't have to lug them through too many airports!

I may not be able to post pictures during our trip, or not easily Laolao does have a digital camera, but the laptop we're taking is old and still runs on Windows 98. Laolao left the CD for her digital camera at home in Alberta, and I have been unsuccessful at finding a driver for it on the web. (The company stopped makiing Windows 98 drivers available for download just this past July.) So either I manage to get my film developed and put onto CD while in Addis, or Laolao finds somewhere that can download her photos for her... or we wait until we get home. We'll see.
