Ingredients
- 1.4kg chicken wings, split and tips discarded
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons chile sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, molasses, chile sauce, ginger and garlic.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken wings and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 baking dish in a single layer. Bake for about 50 minutes or until meat comes easily off the bones, brushing with often with marinade and turning once.
