Fish Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1½ T canola oil
- 5 green onions, minced
- ½ inch fresh ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1kg fish fillets, chopped
- ½ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup fresh asparagus, diced
- ½ cup green pepper, diced
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- 1 T teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Heat canola oil in a wok or frying pan until lightly smoking.
- Add green onion, ginger and garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
- Add fish and fry until it flakes easily. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until just tender but not soft.
- Return fish to pan and heat through.
- Serve on steamed rice.
